The City of Marlborough’s designation as a Platinum Level BioReady Community, has attracted a cluster of leading life science companies. The City’s extensive restaurants, retail base, hotels, and access make it an ideal location for a wide range of companies. Validated by the success of our biomanufacturing facility acquired by Moderna at 149 Hayes Memorial Drive, we designed a similar facility at 322 Hayes Memorial Drive.

322 HMD will be a state-of-the-art advanced manufacturing facility with heavy power of up to 9,000 amps, two freight elevators, and a mechanical equipment yard. The facility will feature upgraded columns for heavy roof dunnage or a penthouse, and floor loading capable of supporting heavy equipment. The facility may be subdivided into two suites.
