Core Institutional Quality Office / R&D Campus

Westford Technology Park East is a 100-acre mixed use office park containing 1,200,000 square feet. The land for the campus was originally re-zoned and master planned by The Gutierrez Company. Embarking on what would become a hallmark of our firm, we constructed a series of nine build-to-suit projects, each of which exceeded the expectations of our tenant and led to the next development. The park includes a 64,000 square foot medical clinic constructed by The Gutierrez Company. The master planned site also includes a 110-room hotel, retail pads and an assisted living facility, which were all sold to third parties.

For over three decades, the campus has attracted and retained high intellectual workforce companies in the defense software computing, aerospace engineering, and computer networking sectors. In addition to many of the original tenants that remain at the site, the campus today is home to AI, cloud computing, and internet software firms. We perform asset and property management for the park.
