Our integrated approach is informed by our more than four decades of experience as both general contractor and owner. The Gutierrez Company manages over 2.2 million square feet of real estate investments across a diversified range of property types. Our dedicated asset management professionals develop and implement strategies for each property with the goal of maximizing tenant retention and asset value.
